Floe keeps your practice on your iPhone. Your sessions, streaks, and settings live only on your device. Floe has no account, no login, and no server that stores your data. The only network activity is what's needed to manage your purchase and, on Apple Watch, to read your heart rate.
If you grant permission, Floe writes each session to Apple Health as a workout, and reads your heart rate from Apple Watch during a session. This data flows only between Floe and Apple Health on your device. We never receive it, never send it anywhere, and never use Health data for advertising or marketing. You can revoke access anytime in iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Floe, or turn it down when first asked.
Floe schedules local notifications on your device (a nudge when a sauna round ends or a plunge reaches its target). These are generated on-device and are not sent through any server.
Floe offers a subscription and a one-time Lifetime purchase. Billing is handled by Apple's StoreKit — we never see your name, email, or payment details. To manage entitlements across your devices, Floe uses RevenueCat as its purchase infrastructure. RevenueCat receives a randomly generated, anonymous app-user identifier and your subscription/receipt status. It does not receive your identity or your session data. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
If you arrived via an Apple Search Ads campaign, Apple's AdServices framework may provide Floe with an anonymous attribution token so we can measure whether an ad worked. This uses no cross-app tracking and shows no App Tracking Transparency prompt because Floe does not track you across apps or websites.
None that identifies you. Floe has no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting SDK, no advertising IDs, and no user accounts. The only data that leaves your device is the anonymous purchase and attribution information described above.
Floe is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from them.
Your session data is processed only on your device under your control (access, deletion, and portability are yours by design). The limited purchase data processed by RevenueCat and Apple is used solely to deliver and manage your purchase. You may contact us to exercise your rights at any time.
Floe does not sell or share personal information.
If Floe ever changes what it collects or transmits, this policy will be updated with a new date above, and a notice will surface in the app before the change takes effect.
