Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the summa app ("summa", "the app"). By downloading or using summa you agree to them. summa is provided by Jan Zellerhoff (see Impressum).

License

summa grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies in addition to these terms: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Purchases

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple's policies and can be made at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the app, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Disclaimer

summa is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. summa reads PDFs and can make mistakes; it does not provide tax, accounting, legal or financial advice. Always review the extracted data before you rely on it — you are solely responsible for the accuracy of any data you export. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always available at this address with the date shown above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence.
